IFC Impact Notes, Green Bonds and Social Impact Notes allow investors to align financial goals with personal values by supporting projects that target positive impacts, such as those stated in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the Social Bond Principles.
InspereX has been distributing IFC’s retail-directed Impact Notes since 2014. Green Impact Notes allow investors to support renewable energy, energy efficiency and other climate-friendly projects. Social Impact Notes investments fund a diverse range of social projects, including lending to women-owned enterprises, access to essential services and job creation in low-income communities. All IFC Impact Notes are offered at a fixed price during a week-long offering period in denominations of $1,000, providing investors and their financial advisors time to reach a decision.
